Liburd and Dash frequently advises on the establishment of Nevis Trusts and we have expertise in drafting and reviewing Trust documentation to ensure compliance with the Island's laws. We advise on standard discretionary trusts, life interest trusts, charitable trusts, purpose trusts and unit trust structures.

We are also able to prepare wills to dispose Nevis assets, such as the shares of Nevis companies and we can advise on all aspects of testamentary succession on the Island. We are able to assist with applications for Nevis grants of probate and letters of administration.

We can draft trusts and act as Trustee or Protector through our wholly owned subsidiary, Jade (Nevis) Incorporated.
