Jade (Nevis) Incorporated ("Jade") is Liburd and Dash's in-house and wholly owned trustee. Jade is able to act as trustee for Nevis Trusts which have been settled or declared under the Nevis International Exempt Trust Ordinance, 1994 and can act as the Protector for Nevis and international trusts.

 

L&D Services Limited ("L&D Services") is our corporate services provider. L&D Services can form Nevis Limited Liability Companies under the Nevis Limited Liability Company Ordinance, 1995; incorporate Nevis Business Corporations under the Nevis Business Corporation Ordinance, 1984; incorporate captive insurance companies under the Nevis International Insurance Ordinance, 2004; and establish Nevis Multiform Foundations under the Nevis Multiform Foundations Ordinance, 2004. L&D Services is also available to provide corporate and administrative services for any Nevis and international entities.
